The leader is called to concentrate on God. He is supposed to;
- find,
- know,
- love and
- obey
God. This will result in intimacy with God, and when this intimacy is lost, they will be more lost. If instead of concentrating on God he concentrates on the saints, they will be less edified. Leadership in concentrating exclusive on God. With God, he will overflow in the salvation of the lost and in the edification of the lost. The leader has only one concentration; God. If instead of concentrating in God, he concentrates on anything else, then he has missed it all.
When the head of a home turns to look at the wife, they will start seeing the wrinkles. But if he turns and concentrates on God, he will be changed to increasing glory and be transformed into the likeness of God. The overflow of such a concentration will mean that the wife and children go right, God-ward.
The way for a man to have a wife, who is God-fearing and God loving is for him to concentrate, and intensively seek God. If this happens, his wife will also seek God as an overflow. The way for a man’s children to go right is for him to concentrate on God in an exclusive way. Then the outflow of that concentration will be a total and overwhelming flow of God that will sweep the children along.
